Every single bottle is handcrafted by Professor Dr. Sas, a true master distiller who is obsessed with our delicate and complex process. It takes over four weeks of focused hands-on work to create just 400 bottles.

Because there's no alcohol to amplify flavor, we must use significantly more natural ingredients to achieve the same intensity.
