Ingredients

  • 45ML Opius Amaro
  • 30ML Ginger Lemon Shrub
  • 30ML Pineapple Juice
  • 10ML Lemon juice
  • 40ML Ginger Ale

Method

  • Shake first 4 ingredients with ice.
  • Pour Ginger Ale in a coupe glass.
  • Strain the contents of cocktail. shaker over the Ginger Ale.
  • Garnish with Orange Peel.
