Ingredients

Option 1 :

50 ml Opius Albedo
30 ml Passion fruit puree
10 ml Vanilla syrup
20 ml Lime juice
25 ml Egg white

Option 2:

50 ml Opius Albedo
70 ml Passion fruit mixer (tip: Fever -Tree)
5 drops foam bitters

Method

Add all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice
Shake hard for 10-15 seconds
Double strain in a coupe glass
