30ML Opius Nigredo
50ML Pomegranate Tea
15CL Kalamansi Juice
15CL Salted Caramel Syrup
10ML Ginger concentrate (tip: Gimber)

Method

Add ingredients in a mixing glass with ice cubes & stir.
Optional : milk-wash
Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
Garnish with dried lime or orange.

Because there's no alcohol to amplify flavor, we must use significantly more natural ingredients to achieve the same intensity.

Our process is inspired by a blend of ancient alchemy and modern science rooted in the world of perfumery, where layering, extraction, and molecular precision are key to building complexity and sensorial impact.
