Opius Flame
Ingredients
- 50ml Opius Amaro
- 20ml Chili syrup*
- 20ml Lime juice (or Supasawa)
- 20ml Egg white
- 60ml Grapefruit juice

Method
- Add ingredients in a shaker with ice
- Shake for 15sec
- Double strain in a white wine glass with ice
- Garnish with grapefruit or orange zest
- *Chili syrup : rest 1 night : sugar water/syrup + 3 fresh cut chilipeppers
