Ingredients

45ML Opius Amaro
30ML Ginger Lemon Shrub
30ML Pineapple Juice
10ML Lemon juice
40ML Ginger Ale

Method

Shake first 4 ingredients with ice.
Pour Ginger Ale in a coupe glass.
Strain the contents of cocktail. shaker over the Ginger Ale.
Garnish with Orange Peel.

Because there's no alcohol to amplify flavor, we must use significantly more natural ingredients to achieve the same intensity.
